You want to be able to generate a roster list that includes student names and passwords.
For data security and account integrity purposes, myON does not provide this capability. There is a way, however, of generating a roster .CSV file of your students and their usernames.
From the teacher dashboard, click on Classroom and then click on Students.
Under the “Groups” section (left side of screen), find the name of the group you want to print the listing for and click on Download.
Choose the location where you want to save the .CSV file, specify the name of the file (or accept the default) and click Save.
The .CSV file (spreadsheet) contains the following information: First Name, Last Name, ID, and Username.
IF YOU WANT PASSWORDS:
Contact your district data tech /specialist (whoever is the person who prepares the data files for uploading into myON) to obtain the passwords for your students. myON is not able to provide specific username or password info but can provide username and password formats should it be necessary.
