myON Support provides support by phone and by e-mail. 

LIVE SUPPORT
  • Live phone support is offered from 8:00am – 5:00pm Central Time, Monday-Friday
  • The phone number for myON Support is 888-728-1266.
E-MAIL SUPPORT

E-mail support can be obtained by clicking on the   icon at the bottom of the myON logon screen.  Alternatively, you can send an e-mail to:  support@myon.com.  Please be sure to include your first and last name, name of school and school district, student’s ID number, and problem description or question. 

What’s Next?

Educators and Administrative staff:  additional information on how to use myON can be found on our Professional Development website.  (NOTE:  The Professional Development site requires a username and password that is different than the one you use to log in to myON.  Please check with your district or building administrator to access this information.  You can also contact myON Support for assistance in obtaining the username and password to access the Professional Development website.)

Parents & Students:  Our Professional Development website is where you can go to obtain FAQs and the Family Reading Activities document in addition to the Family Reading Tips document.  These documents are designed to help you get started in myON and to get the most from your reading experience.  In addition to the documents, we have also prepared tutorials (videos) that are designed to help you with myON.  (NOTE:  Access to these materials is located in the “myON at Home” section of the Professional Development website.)
